How are BoxMind solutions deployed?
Delivery is matched to each workload: on-premise or private cloud for sensitive internal systems such as InsightMind, DocMind, SignMind, and LegalMind; managed services for continuous detection and monitoring such as BrandMind, WatchMind, and FakeMind; and advisory-led delivery for GovernMind. The deployment model follows data sensitivity and regulatory need.
Does our data leave our network?
For on-premise solutions, no: data, documents, results, and logs stay inside your infrastructure. For managed monitoring services (BrandMind, WatchMind), the content analyzed is public internet material; your internal data is never in the pipeline. For FakeMind, media is processed under strict guarantees: no retention beyond analysis, no training on client media, encryption in transit and at rest, and regional hosting and data-residency options.
Why don't you publish accuracy figures for detection products?
Because in detection categories the adversary improves monthly, any fixed accuracy number is a snapshot that ages from the day it is printed. We believe vendors who publish one deserve caution. Instead, we demonstrate: working sessions on real material, with verdicts and evidence your team judges directly.

What is BoxMind's relationship with AEG?
BoxMind is the AI arm of Allied Engineering Group (AEG), a regional technology provider founded in 1994 with 800+ institutional relationships and ten offices across the region. AEG serves as the commercial and delivery counterparty for BoxMind deployments.

Do your solutions integrate with our existing systems?
Yes: REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK-level integration connect BoxMind solutions to core systems, onboarding portals, service channels, compliance workflows, and knowledge repositories, with real-time responses where the workflow demands them.
Can we run a pilot before committing?
Yes: solutions that are implemented per institution, such as DocMind, begin with a scoped pilot as the first implementation phase, with success criteria your team defines.

Are you certified or aligned with AI governance standards?
BoxMind applies governance controls (explainability, audit trails, role-based access, human oversight) across the portfolio by default, and delivers GovernMind, an end-to-end ISO/IEC 42001 program that helps clients prepare for certification of their own AI management systems.
